Description

Obsidian has primary notes of Jasmine, Sandalwood, Vanilla, and Musk – this blend makes for an attractive fragrance. Cutting the strong floral Jasmine notes, the musk, sandalwood, and vanilla make for a unique blend. We find this scent to be mature, and is good for either day or night wear.

ABOUT OBSIDIAN
Obsidian is a type of volcanic glass created by rapid cooling of volcanic rock, first mentioned in history by Pliny the Elder of Rome (coincidentally Pliny the Younger provides the written account of the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius over Pompeii). Ancient peoples, such as Native Americans, Aztecs, Greeks, Romans, and many more (those in proximity to volcanoes) used Obsidian for weaponry and also ceremony.

HANDCRAFTED PERFUME
BΛTHVS perfumes are handcrafted individually by the bottle. Each component is measured precisely, 1 droplet at a time, to ensure a consistent fragrance in each bottle. Each bottle of perfume has cured for at least 4 to 6 months, letting the scent components blend together and form complex notes in the alcohol base.

RECOMMENDED USE
We recommend spritzing perfume on pulse points, such as the neck and wrists, because they are areas which emit the most heat and will throw the fragrance better. For a longer lasting perfume, make sure your skin is well moisturized, it will stick best on moisturized skin than dry. Using a non-scented lotion is best, so it does not compete with the perfume.
